F.A.Q.

Is this cannabis?Hemp plants and marijuana plants are both the same species. Legally, hemp is defined as a cannabis plant that contains 0.3 percent or less THC, while marijuana is a cannabis plant that contains more than 0.3 percent THC. CBD can be derived from both hemp and marijuana plants. So in layman's terms this means that hemp does not contain enough of the chemical that gets you high to get high.

Do I need a medical marijuana card or prescription for this? No, but you should still talk to your doctor if you are worried that CBD may affect your health.
-
If this is CBD, why is the ABOVE line psychoactive and how is it legal?Delta 8- THC is a lot more like the neurotransmitter anandamide. Anandamide, commonly referred to as the bliss molecule, works with the cannabinoid receptors in our brains and bodies to produce a high. This is why Delta 8 is able to get you high even without the THC cyclic tail. Now as to why its legal, the 9th Circuit has held that "delta-8 THC products are lawful under the plain text of the Farm Act."

What is the difference between broad and full spectrum?Broad and full spectrum products that we sell have the same ingredients, but full spectrum has a small amount of THC, not enough to feel the "high" but enough to work better for people with chronic ailments.
